Star Wars The Force Awakens, Finally after such a long wait I had a chance to see it yesterday and this is my experience of watching it. Normally I don’t write entire articles about just my experience but watching Star Wars The Force awakens was a truly different movie watching experience than any other movie I have seen before. I was blown away.

My Experience of watching Star Wars The Force Awakens

So to see Star Wars the Force awakens I went to an IMAX theater and before this I had never seen an IMAX theater completely filled with people like this, it was a packed house. Everyone in the theater was a fan I loved this environment of so much enthusiasm. I have never been a part of such a big gathering of fans watching the movie for the first time so I was loving every second of it even before the movie started. Now unfortunately when you are with so many people some people are going to be annoying especially at movie theaters. Unlucky for me the family which was sitting beside me was one of these super annoying people who are just a pain to see a movie with. The father was just there for his kids and his kids were shouting and fighting, the father was too busy in his phone to notice and had his phone on full brightness that was so annoying.  Things were like this while they were showing trailers for the upcoming films and I thought they will settle down and the father will put his phone down once the movie starts but they didn’t, things stayed the same for the first 15 minutes of the movie. I was too shy to do anything but luckily the person sitting right behind me in the previous raw told the father to tell his children to calm down and this is the moment where things got crazy around 8, 9 people in the previous row were just waiting for an opportunity like this they all started telling him to put the phone down, stop his kids and one guy even shouted “hey shut your kids up”. When there are so many people against you, you can’t fight back he stood up and took his children and exchanged seats with the corner seats (which are the worst seats to see a movie). I got pretty happy, you can’t fight the rage of fans and people really come together when the chance to have fun during Star Wars is threatened.

Other than that little problem I loved every second of being in the theater with so many fans I can’t stress that enough. When the movie started and the Star Wars tittle appeared and the scrolling text started everyone started cheering and clapping I was too fulfilled with joy. Never have I seen people cheering for a movie before even seeing anything and that didn’t stop whenever something nostalgic came up everyone went crazy. People even cheered when the Millennium Falcon showed up it was crazy and I loved it. It was the best time I had watching a movie at a theater ever. I don’t think any movie will give a better experience for at least the next decade maybe if they make the next Ironman ten years later that could come close.

If you haven’t seen Star Wars The Force Awakens yet then my advice to you is that watch it with a big crowd. And If you have seen it then let me know how your experience was, I would love to hear your stories of how much fun you had. Were you like Lando just clapping away like at the end of Return of the Jedi?  If you liked this article please give it a thumbs up and please like us on facebook.
